Terms of Service

1. Use of the Platform

You must be at least 16 years old to use the App. If you connect your Instagram account, you confirm that you have the right to do so and authorize us to access your Instagram data as described in our Privacy Policy.

If you choose to connect your Google Calendar, you authorize us to access your calendar in read-only mode using the calendar.readonly scope for the limited purpose of automatically determining your availability based on when your calendar indicates you are busy (time ranges only). We do not modify your calendar. You may revoke access at any time through your Reap.ink settings or your Google Account permissions.

• No illegal or unauthorized use
• No disruption or harm to the App or its services
• No impersonation or misrepresentation of identity

2. User Content

You may upload content such as tattoo photos, profile information, and project details. By uploading content, you grant Reap.ink a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content within the platform for the purpose of providing and promoting the service.

You must only upload content you have the rights to share. You may not upload anything unlawful, infringing, defamatory, obscene, or harmful. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms.

3. Account and Data

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.

You may disconnect your Instagram or Google Calendar connection, or request deletion of your account and associated data at any time through your profile settings or by contacting us.

4. Availability & Calendar Disclaimer

Availability shown in the App is generated from your connected systems and/or your inputs. You are responsible for ensuring your connected calendar accurately reflects your schedule. We do not guarantee the accuracy or real-time nature of availability data and are not liable for scheduling conflicts or missed appointments.

5. SMS Communications

By submitting a booking request through the App, you consent to receive SMS text messages related to your appointments. These messages may include:

• Appointment confirmation messages
• Appointment reminder messages
• Scheduling updates or changes

Message frequency varies based on your appointment activity. Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by contacting the artist directly. Opting out of SMS reminders will not affect your ability to book appointments through the App.

6. Instagram Messaging Integration

By connecting Instagram messaging to REAP, you authorize us to receive and store your Instagram Direct Messages for the purpose of managing client inquiries.

Platform Limitations

Instagram limits businesses to replying within 24 hours of a customer's last message. We display this limitation but cannot override Instagram's restrictions. You are responsible for replying to messages within Instagram's timeframes.

Your Responsibilities

• You confirm you have the right to connect your Instagram Business or Creator account
• You agree to use the messaging features in compliance with Instagram's Terms of Service
• You are responsible for the content of messages sent through the platform

Data Ownership

Your messages remain yours. We store them solely to provide the service and do not claim ownership or use them for purposes beyond what is stated in our Privacy Policy.

Disconnection

You can disconnect your Instagram account at any time from your settings. Disconnecting immediately and permanently deletes all stored message data from our systems. This does not affect your messages on Instagram itself.

7. Intellectual Property

All content and materials on the App, excluding user-generated content, are the property of Reap.ink or its licensors and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any part of the App without permission.

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service and are not liable for any issues arising from your use of the platform.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes, and continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
