How it works

Three steps, one afternoon

  1. Export your responses from Snapforms

    In Snapforms, open View Responses and export to CSV. Over 250 responses, it's emailed to you as a link instead of downloading straight away.

  2. Import into REAP

    Clients, then the import button. Drop the CSV in, check the columns matched up, done. Names, emails, phones and the whole enquiry all land in your client list as notes.

  3. Keep Snapforms running

    No need to cancel anything. Keep using Snapforms for as long as you like while your existing enquiries live in REAP.

That's fine, most do. REAP matches the columns it recognises and shows you the rest so you can point each one where it goes. A column called POSITION ON BODY goes straight into the client's note.

Importing is part of the booking tools, which start with a free trial. No credit card, so nothing charges when the trial ends.

Your client list is yours. It's never shared with other artists or used for anything except running your bookings.
