How it works

Three steps, one afternoon

  1. Export your clients from Fresha

    In Fresha, open your client list and export it as a CSV. It downloads a spreadsheet with names, emails, phones and notes.

  2. Import into REAP

    Tools, then Clients, then Import. Drop the CSV in, check the columns matched up, done. Names, emails, phones and notes all land in your client list.

  3. Connect your calendar

    Link Google Calendar so nothing double-books while you switch. Your existing appointments stay where they are and REAP works around them.

Fresha is a salon tool. REAP is built only for tattooing: reference photos and placement on the booking form, digital consent forms, deposits straight to your Stripe. No new-client commission on your marketplace bookings either.

Importing is part of the booking tools, which start with a free trial. No credit card, so nothing charges when the trial ends.

Email it to me and I'll sort it. Worst case I map it by hand the same night.

Keep those in your calendar and connect it to REAP so availability stays right. New bookings flow through REAP from there.

Your client list is yours. It's never shared with other artists or used for anything except running your bookings.
